Christopher DelGuidice
Chairman & CEO
Christopher DelGuidice is the Chairman & CEO of Del American and all related companies. Mr. DelGuidice graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA. with a B.S in Building Construction in 1980. He founded Del American in Florida in 1982. Over the past 36 years, Del American has developed over 10,000 residential units in Florida, Georgia, Las Vegas and Minnesota. His vision is to continue developing exceptional living experiences by providing the ultimate residential lifestyle for those living in Del American communities.
Anthony DelGuidice
President & Managing Director
Anthony DelGuidice has been the President of Del American Real Estate Group for the past 6 years. Mr. DelGuidice graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. with a B.S.F.A. in Economics in 2011. He interned with Del American for 4 years while obtaining his degree. During this time he also prepared marketability, feasibility, and investment committee reports for a major national real estate investment fund. Mr. DelGuidice is currently located in Atlanta, GA and will oversee the construction of the Del American's Atlanta Office.
Melissa DelGuidice

Melissa DelGuidice is Vice President and a Partner of DelAmerican Real Estate Group as well as Director of Interior Design & Marketing. Most importantly, she has the benefit of working side by side with her husband Christopher DelGuidice. Together they can focus on every detail in the design process, and create amazing interior and exterior designs. Mrs. DelGuidice main goal is to ensure that each Del American property is designed, so they are positioned to be best in class amongst the submarket peers, contemporary in style but with Iconic traditional design values to provide the ultimate residential Lifestyle for DelAmerican's Residents.

Jenny A. Ronning
Director of Leasing & Marketing
Mrs. Ronning obtained a B.S. degree in Business Administration; she also holds a CAM and Florida Real Estate License. With fifteen years of experiences in similar position with national and international Developers and Residential companies. She also served on the Education Committee for the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando for two years.
Don Kafka, PE
Architectural & Engineering Consultant

Mr. Kafka has been associated with the Del Guidice family business for over 30 years both in the United States and Puerto Rico. He is a registered Professional Engineer in several states as well as a Florida Class “A” General Contractor and has participated in the construction of over 15,000 single and multifamily housing units. Mr. Kafka received his engineering degree from Stanford University, and coordinates development and construction contract negotiations.
