• Del American has been the general contractor and constructed over 4200 multifamily and single family residences as for its own account as well as for its clients. During eleven of its Joint Venture development projects, which required localized 3rd party general contractors, Del American provided Construction Management Services. After Hurricane Andrew hit Miami, Del American affiliates provided construction services on a high rise condominium building, a garden apartment community and over 200 SFD Homes.
